Kombucha Workshop includes a 1 gallon fermenting jar with lid and SCOBY mother to get started. The workshop will include a demonstration and general Q & A about getting started brewing Kombucha.
Kombucha is a type of fermented beverage that is lightly sweetened and has a base of green or black tea. Some folks make kombucha for the probiotic health benefits and others for the wonderful taste and refreshing flavor. We would suggest picking up a commercial version to give it a try.
